Announcement of the 10th AHLA

The 10th AHLA International Health Literacy Conference will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

The AHLA Executive Board is pleased to announce the 10th AHLA International Health Literacy Conference will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

12 – 15 May 2024

The Local organizing committee will include the Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine (Host), the University of Technology, Vietnam National University- HCM City, the Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and other co-organizers, sponsors, advisors such as Ho Chi Minh City Health Department and the Ministry of Health, Vietnam.

Important timelines:

12 May 2024: Pre-Conference Workshop

13–15 May 2024: Conference with site visits and field trip

Call for Abstracts

  1. Abstract submission opens until 25 February 2024, 23:59, GMT+7. Once the abstract is received, it is considered a final version and will be reviewed. No changes can be made.
  2. The abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. A notice of abstract acceptance or rejection is issued by 16 March 2024.
  3. At least one presenting author of an accepted abstract should register and complete the full payment before 10 May 2024, 23:59 GMT+7, in order to be included in the Program.
